Orders are prepared once we are in receipt of full payment, delivery information provided, personalisation details (if applicable) finalised and PDF proof signed-off by customer. Our personalisation/design process can take up to 5 working days. With all aforesaid items in place, orders are generally ready for despatch within 3-4 working days. Please note that order preparation can take longer at busier times of the year such as Christmas and Summer holidays. We will notify of any lengthening of processing time on our social media channels and here on our website and directly to our mailing list.

Once an order is ready for dispatch, we ship directly from our studio in Co.Meath. Delivery lead times depend on where the order is being shipped and transit times can vary between 2 and 14 working days. If you need something for a specific date, please contact us in advance of placing your order so that we can check if it is possible to meet your required deadline. 

Dispatch is either by two shipping methods: DPD Courier Service or An Post 

Irish and UK: we dispatch using DPD

Europe & USA: we dispatch using An Post

Please Note: DPD rates are subject to a variable monthly fuel surcharge. The current rate is 10.50%. This is factored into our shipping costs. This means our shipping costs for Ireland & Britain are fluid and can change from month to month.

Shipping Charges are calculated and added during Checkout.
